Our beloved husband and father Dr John Clements was born in Birmingham on 2nd December 1931. He grew up there with his brother Dudley and sister Sheila until the age of 15 when he went to London with his father to continue his studies.

He is much loved and will always be remembered.

Instead of flowers we would like donations to Thames Hospice, Windsor, who were a great help to us with their support, especially on Dad's last evening.
